Termazkur Sejak Fitrahnya
Belajarlah daripada mentari pagi
Kerna ia mengajar kita
Untuk membina harapan
Ia pencetus langkah kemajuan
Ia pencetus kekuatan insan
Untuk memastikan kehidupan yang lebih baik dari semalam
Belajarlah daripada mentari terbenam
Ia menyedarkan kita
Bahawasanya setiap sesuatu ada pengakhiran
Pencetus kesyukuran kerna masih bernyawa
Tika melihat ia tenggelam di ufuk barat
Belajarlah daripada langit dan lautan
Ia mengajar kita bahawasanya
Yang bawah sentiasa meniru yang di atas
Sebagaimana lautan bertukar warna
Mengikut rentak irama milik langit
Kita hamba-Nya
Akan senantiasa meniru dan berada di bawah
Belajarlah daripada alam sekeliling
Kerna merekalah guru yang terbaik
Walau tiada lisan pernah terucap
Namun, mereka tetap menghadirkan ilham
Walaupun mereka tidak diiktiraf sebagai khalifah
Tidak diiktiraf sesempurna seorang insan
Tidak dijadikan pengaman alam syahadah
Namun mereka tetap hamba-Nya, ciptaan-Nya
Yang tahu erti kesyukuran melebihi seorang insan.
"He created the heavens and earth in truth and formed you and perfected your forms; and to Him is the [final] destination." - Surah At-Taghabun (The Mutual Disillusion) : 3 |
Title-less.
Kepada Dia yang telah menciptakan cinta
Kutujukan seluhur kesyukuran
Namun, aku pelik, aku jelik
Melihat manusia
Melihat mereka mengejarnya
Bukan atas nama-Mu
Friendship is also a kind of love. |
Kepada Dia yang menciptakan hati
Aku pohon hati sebersih Aisyah
Selembut Khadijah
Seindah Asiyah
Namun aku tidak pernah berehat
Daripada mengejar-Mu yang tidak pernah lari daripadaku
Atau mungkinkah
Arah larianku yang tersilap?
Semester break and it is the time, other than catching up with resumed hobbies and watching crappy Malay drama (sorry ! >_<, not all though), to reminisce the glory years of teen-hood. Turning to twenty sounds big for me and since insyaallah I'll be living in the other side of the world, leaving my family and the comfort of Malaysian food behind, its a big step. Hence, opening my past diaries do help me to build up my strength - searching back for myself, who I've lost in my journey at college.
So, yeah. Just can't believe I'd wrote those poems above, when I was in Form 3. How poetic!Gosh +.+"
One day I'll burn those diaries, if they are not being eaten by termites or silverfish. Better to post 'em here. Safer, I guess :)
This post is also dedicated to my high school friends - Hidayati, Nurul, Ateng, Yati and Zati (these are the closest though, no heartfelt please :) ). Along the journey, I began to appreciate each of them. Now I can tell myself, there are no good friends like you guys. If there are, well, it would be at the other side of the world I guess, since I've not found any here. ...yet.
